Twinkling lights in the trees, fires crackling and mulled wine in hand. Niagara-on-the-Lake does Christmas well.
For three days, The Gardens at Pillar and Post, 48 John Street West, turn into a woodland Christmas village for the first annual Vintage Hotels Christmas Market, from Friday, November 20th to Sunday, November 22nd, 2026.
The Vintage Hotels Christmas Market
On Saturday, November 21st and Sunday, November 22nd, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Vintage Hotels Christmas Market is open to everyone. No tickets needed, and admission is free!
Browse local makers selling jewellery, fashion, home décor, bath and body products, gourmet treats and handcrafted gifts. The vendors named so far include ALBA Home, Lady Lou Collective, Niagara Craft Soap, Nom Nom Macarons, The Clay Mother and Tracy's Wine Jellies. Warm up with mulled wine, cider, pretzels, crêpes and bratwurst, with live music all weekend (St. Michael's Choir sings on Saturday) and a visit with Santa.

In the know
The Vintage Hotels Christmas Market is outdoors and goes ahead rain or shine, so dress for a November afternoon. The Gardens at Pillar and Post are non-smoking, and pets can't come along. Book the ticketed extras on the Vintage Hotels Christmas Market page.
