The fifth edition of the Michelin Guide for Toronto and region was released on September 22nd, 2026, listing 111 restaurants in all. Seven of them are in Niagara, and three of those were recognized for the first time.
A first for Revé
Revé, on Mary Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake, opened in August 2025 and earned a place on the Michelin Guide's Recommended list in its first full year. Down the road, Trius Winery & Restaurant, first listed in 2024, kept its place too.
Niagara's Michelin seven
- Restaurant Pearl Morissette, Jordan Station: kept its two Michelin stars
- RPM Bakehouse, Jordan: new Bib Gourmand
- Les Incompetents, St. Catharines: new Bib Gourmand
- oddBird, St. Catharines: new, Recommended
- Fat Rabbit, St. Catharines
- Trius Winery & Restaurant, Niagara-on-the-Lake: Recommended
- Revé, Niagara-on-the-Lake: new, Recommended
A Bib Gourmand marks good food at a moderate price, and Recommended means the inspectors think a restaurant is worth a visit.
Worth booking ahead
Michelin attention tends to fill reservation books quickly. If one of these is on your list for a fall dinner or a holiday celebration, it's worth calling or booking online early.
